This is my second time using Kathy Grindle as my realtor: when I moved here from Boston then back again. I was so impressed with her professionalism and genuine caring when I moved here from Boston that I wanted to work with her again when I sold my townhouse seven years later. I felt that she was more than just my realtor, but a friend. When she saw that I moved to Hawaii with only two suitcases and nothing to sleep on, she even supplied me with a futon and bedding until I could purchase a bed. I even recommended her to a friend I met in Hawaii the week I moved here and went with both of them to look at homes.She made it such a fun experience that I wanted to do it again! :)
When it came time to put my townhouse on the market Kathy spent hours staging my rooms and giving me advice on what to repair, paint, and deep clean myself. She has several pods of bedding, mirrors, artwork, plants, and many more accessories which really added to the look of my home without costing me extra money. Her contacts helped me immensely, especially with the photographer who did an amazing job even though I had some "crazy" colors. All the paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. She always made me feel like my questions were valid and even got back to me with answers at night when she should have taken a break from her hectic day. My townhouse sold quickly and she gave me insightful advice on who to choose among the many candidates, though leaving the decision up to me.My only regret is that I have moved so far away from Hawaii that I will miss seeing her. She's a real gem!!

Kathy worked hard to stage a nearly 70-year-old house on a tiny lot into a charming beach cottage that would fulfill someone's dream of a Hawaiian idyll, while dealing with a disparate group of owners both local and distant. At times she became a de facto property manager because the primary decision-makers were thousands of miles away. She coped with the associated challenges with grace.

Kathy is personable, professional and truly cares about her clients. We had such a positive experience with her; we'll definitely hire her again for any of our real estate needs. Her experience and depth of knowledge made for a very positive experience and she gave us clear, helpful guidance about what changes we could make to get the highest price. She staged the house wonderfully and made sure to have beautiful photographs taken so it looked gorgeous on-line as well. I would recommend her without reservations. She is the best.

Without Kathy the sale may not have been completed. The buyer had a very inexperienced realtor and Kathy had to prompt him on nearly every key decision point throughout the sales process. She did not miss any detail, made sure we met every deadline, and worked tirelessly to show the property. We have used Kathy to sell two properties and purchase one other. Cannot say enough about her competence and attention to detail in closing a sale. Well done!

Kathy Grindle went above and beyond my expectations for a professional real estate agent with her listening, advice, follow through, flexibility, personal resources and time.
