Originally from California, Kathy is a graduate from the University of California at Irvine. She is an alumnus of the Semester at Sea program, and came to Hawaii for the first time in 1977 as a student on an around the world voyage.  She fell in love with the islands, and in 1989, she and her husband Jon moved their family to Hawaii permanently.  They have lived in Kailua for 30 years, and raised their three wonderful children in the community.

Kathy began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Hawaii.  She quickly rose to be recognized as one of the Top 100 Agents in the state.  She is well-known for the quality of the service that she provides her clients, and has used her sales and marketing ability to be ranked as a Top Producer. She has been an elected officer with the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Windward Regional Group.  She was voted by her piers to receive the Coldwell Banker Core Values Award for “Integrity and Excellence”.  Kathy sold the highest volume of Kailua residential real estate in 2017, she was the Top Listing Agent in 2018 and 2019 for the Coldwell Banker windward office.  Honolulu Magazine conducts an independent survey and ranked Kathy one of the BEST in REAL ESTATE in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.  In 2018 she was recognized by Hawaii Business Magazine as one of Hawaii's Distinguished Agents.  She is ranked in the top 3% of Coldwell Banker Agents world wide.
