Originally from California, Kathy earned her bachelors degree from the University of California at Irvine where she studied biological sciences, and graduated with a degree in the History of An and Architecture. She is an alumnus of the Semester at Sea program, and came to Hawaii for the first time in 1977 as a student on an around the world voyage. She fell in love with the islands, and in 1989, she and her husband Jon moved their family to Hawaii permanently. They have lived in Kailua for 28 years, and raised their three wonderful children in the community.
Kathy began her real estate career in Hawaii managing property, and later moved into real estate sales. She has received recognition for the quality or the service that she provides her clients, and has used her sales and marketing ability to consistently be ranked one of the top 100 agents in Hawaii. She has been an elected officer with the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Windward Regional Group. Kathy is one of the top salesperson in the Coldwell Banker Windward office. She was voted by her piers to receive the Coldwell Banker Core Values Award for "integrity and Excellence". Honolulu Magazine conducts an independent survey and ranked Kathy one of the BEST in REAL ESTATE in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Her performance in the industry has earned her the prestigious International President's Elite Award. She is ranked in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker Agents world wide.
